There is a small gravel parking lot and roadside parking available. There are spots for electric vehicles. If driving an electric vehicle to the event please let us know.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is the closest major airport to the venue. Wellspring is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours drive away from the airport. If interested in carpooling with other guests let us know and we will link you up.

Yes! We are going to have vegetarian Mediterranean food, snacks, desserts, and select spirits. Don’t hesitate to bring your favorite beverage.

The only place to do smoking of any kind is under the gazebo in the central area of the resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else.

Due to venue rules, we are legally responsible for any drunken injuries and DUIs.
Please do not drink and drive. If you think you shouldn’t drive after the wedding there are Lyft and Uber options for nearby lodging. There will also be a few communal sleeping areas.

All electronic sound is done at 10 and site-wide quiet time starts at 11. You can snicker amongst yourselves quietly into the late hours but be mindful of the sleepers sleeping.

Dress up like you are going to a semi-formal wedding in the woods in October. This will be October in the PNW at the base of a Mountain. Though the forecast is mild, it’s always a good idea to bring a jacket and umbrella.

There is about a 25% chance of rain this time of year. The reception will be under a tent. There is also going to be a Yurt and fire pits to stay dry and warm.

This is out in nature. Critters will be out and about and potentially even could attempt to scurry into a cabin when no one is looking. Please close all cabin doors behind you as soon as you leave.
Look out for bats.
Hotels

Guests: Every room at the event is booked for the wedding party and our families. There are a few communal sleeping areas available in the lodge and yurt. If you bring a sleeping bag and sleeping pad you can always sleep in the yurt or maybe on an air mattress in the lodge.
Family and party: We have provided a sleeping accommodation option for you all and if you plan on other accommodations off-site please let us know.

Absolutely! There are lots of options for lodging, hotels, camping, and even airBnBs!

Rumor is that there is limited Lyft and Uber in the area! If possible plan ahead. The reception ends at 11ish.

No. No camping or canopies are allowed at the resort.
